By accessing or purchasing from florrealm.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. About Our Products

All Flor Realm Soap products are handcrafted artisan items made in small batches. Slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are inherent to the handmade process and are not defects. Product images are representative — actual products may vary slightly.

Crystal ritual bars contain genuine polished gemstones for decorative purposes only. Remove stones as they become exposed. Keep away from children under 13. Gemstones are not intended for ingestion.

Hotel-inspired fragrance products (Hôtel Privé, La Maison Candles, La Maison Sachets) are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any hotel property referenced. All hotel names are used solely to describe the fragrance inspiration.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Processing time is 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Sur Commande (custom orders) are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on florrealm.com — including product descriptions, photography, branding, and copy — is the intellectual property of Flor Realm 3D LLC. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Esoteric and ritual descriptions are for entertainment and personal intention purposes only. Always patch test new products. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flor Realm 3D LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
